In 1995, The On-Demand Group was originally formed to provide staff augmentation services to the public and private sectors. We have achieved significant growth since our inception and now provide many solutions for your technology needs. We remain well known for our quality people and our focus on service.

On-Demand Group measures success based on your satisfaction of work completed or contributions made, not just placements. We accomplish this goal through tireless hard work, core values, and utilizing the Six Sigma philosophy. We utilize the Six Sigma approach to constantly improve our services. Our Key Performance Indicators come from surveys and discussions with IT managers that we currently serve, thus ensuring we are on target to your changing needs. We do this to follow our philosophy of investing in our clients' futures as well as our own.


Heather Manley, MBA, CSE
President

Heather comes from a diverse background including Manufacturing, Printing and Information Technology. She is passionate and focused on building relationships with local MN based organizations and continuing the success and brand integrity of ODG.  Heather is slated to complete her MBA in 2009 and is an advocate of continuous education through workshops, certifications, etc.

Heather is a board member of NAWBO and member of WPO, Burnsville Rotary and a Darts volunteer. Heather also holds a BFA from College of Visual Arts and enjoys enhancing her painting and photography skills. When she is not saving the World, she is gardening, snowboarding or heading to the dog park with her three dogs. Motto: By working hard, you get to play hard guilt-free. Sean R. Manley, MBA, MS, CAPM, SSC   
C.O.O.   

Sean has advanced degrees in vocational psychology and business. He currently holds a certification in project management from the Project Management Institute and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Sean's technical background is most related to web development, but his focus is on driving On-Demand's continual improvements in process and service delivery. Sean is a proud board member of MNTRN. Outside of ODG, Sean enjoys playing hockey in the "old timers" league, ongoing education, and family life.LinkedIn
