Heather Manley -
President/CEO 
Heather is the President of ODG and has the tiara to prove it. She’s
passionate about ODG's brand, clients, consultants and maintaining a
successful business based on high integrity and strong ethics.
This passion can sometimes come off as border line obsessive. She’s
also the President of NAWBO, on the Steering Committee for WBENC and
CEO of Heather’s Dirty Goodness-a spice company. When she’s not out at
happy hour or Bar La Grassa, Heather can be seen around town walking
her Russian Wolfhounds Pushkin and Talisker.
Fact: Heather has a Russian Wolfhound who stands over
6'4" on his hind legs.
Sean Manley - COO
Sean's passion for ODG is recruiting and general operations. Sean
has fancy advanced degrees in vocational psychology and business. He
currently holds a certification in project management from the Project
Management Institute and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Sean's
technical background is most related to web development, but his focus
is on driving On-Demand's continual improvements in process and service
delivery. Sean is a proud board member of MNTRN.
Fact: Outside of ODG, Sean enjoys playing hockey and
softball in the "old timers" league, ongoing education, boating,
and family life.
