Alexandra Farnsworth - VP of Strategic Accounts 
Ali joined the ODG team in May 2011 as the Director of Sales tasked with developing and growing the sales team in order to most effectively reach and serve our clients. Over the past 15 years, Ali has built a successful career in marketing, market research, inside sales, outside sales and sales management within the financial, telecom and IT industries. She has also been involved in volunteering at her childrens' school as the President of the parent board for multiple years, and remains involved locally in her community.
Fact: Ali is a “wanna-be” interior designer, is generally fashion obsessed, and has a 300+ pair shoe collection.
Denise Mooney - Senior Technical Recruiter
Denise has been strutting her stuff in the IT industry for over 12 years. She loves the hunt and interacting with our uber cool clients to develop long lasting relationships. She’s worked in all areas of technology and in all sizes of organizations from small local firms to large, international Fortune 500 firms. She’s a fiery red-head who brings passion to recruiting and ODG.
Fact: Denise is the proud mother of two children who keep she and her husband on their toes at home.
Kerry Irwin - Technical Recruiter
Kerry has over four years of demonstrated and progressive success recruiting for companies ranging from small privately owned firms to Fortune 500 corporations. She’s an ODG rockstar with strengths that include attention to detail, organizational and coordination skills and multi-tasking with a passion for continuous improvement. Her goal is to continue to expand her network, pay it forward whenever possible and continue to ensure ODG’s wall of wine is stocked. She thrives off of networking and meeting new people through recruiting and social media outlets.
Fact: When not working, Kerry loves to travel, especially somewhere tropical.
Hope Manley - Office Manager
Hope is ODG’s most tenured employee. Since 1995, it has been Hope’s pleasure to be on ODG’s team communicating with contacts for customer invoicing and receipting, payment of supplier bills, processing of employee and contractor payroll, and related bank/financial reports. She’s a staple in the business and she’s Sean and Heather’s rockstar Mom. Doesn’t get more family than this.
Fact: Don’t turn your back on her. She will wash and dry your coffee cup before you've even had a chance to drink out of it.
