Job Description:
Work with a new program (Global Services Workflow Platform), which requires additional resources. They are converting 2 monolithic legacy systems (5K users in 10 or so countries) to a modernized Salesforce platform. Work will be broken down by various workstreams (i.e. field service, work order, opportunity management, contract management, etc.). Effort is anticipated to be about 2 years. They have internal resources that will be assigned to this effort; however, they need additional talent to augment the different workstreams. Development inside project will be Agile (sprint cycles are 6-weeks long with microsprints inside of that) – overall program has to be Waterfall.
- PM's will be working the assigned teams to help align resources / deliverables and coordinate with other teams. Communicate to Program Manager workstream status & issues.
- Will be responsible for all of the facilitation within their assigned workstream. Reporting up to Business Leader and working closely with the Program Manager. Will not have overall budget management. From a tool perspective, Some areas use Monday.com for portfolio/milestone planning and ADO for the development work. Other areas use Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, MS Excel.
- Project Management within a field service/customer focused field within manufacturing – ability to understand customer experience/customer minded
- Previous experience working on implementation efforts ideally with an enterprise package software
- Experience working with project planning tools (any of the above is fine, preference for Monday.com)
The projected hourly range for this position is $65 to $75.
