Job Description:
We are seeking a ServiceNow consultant to lead our transition from a legacy old school environment to a high-functioning ServiceNow 2.0 instance. This is a consultative role for a specialist who can manage baseline maintenance while aggressively implementing advanced features like Virtual Agents and custom dashboards. You will need to design and implement a ServiceNow 2.0 UI/UX layout to modernize the IT portal experience as well as proactively recommend and implement best practices for platform scalability and performance.
15-30 hours/week, flexible (hours vary based on project needs)
Requirements:
- ServiceNow development and administration experience
- Custom portal development within ServiceNow
- API integration experience
- Knowledge Base and Virtual Agent implementation
- Dashboard creation and reporting
- Experience modernizing legacy ServiceNow implementations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability for variable weekly hours
Nice to Have:
- Experience advising clients on ServiceNow best practices
- Change management module experience
- Midwest time zone preferred
The projected hourly range for this position is $81 to $90.
