Overview

ODG is seeking a Project Manager to support a growing ecommerce and loyalty technology portfolio for one of our clients. This role will focus on helping organize, drive, and manage key initiatives tied to digital commerce, customer loyalty, promotional capabilities, and related customer-facing technology programs.

The ideal candidate is a strong project organizer who can build and manage project plans, coordinate across business and technology teams, and help keep work moving through formal delivery processes. This person should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with multiple moving parts, including ecommerce platforms, loyalty programs, customer data, promotional activation, and integrations across internal and third-party systems.

Responsibilities:
• Build, maintain, and drive detailed project plans and work plans across ecommerce, loyalty, and promotional technology initiatives.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, PMO resources, offshore development teams, QA, and other project contributors.
• Help manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and status reporting.
• Support formal project governance and stage-gate processes while minimizing unnecessary disruption to delivery teams.
• Partner closely with business and technology leaders to understand current processes, project goals, and upcoming priorities.
• Ensure project documentation is organized, current, and accessible.
• Drive accountability across project teams and help remove blockers.
• Support initiatives involving loyalty foundations, customer rewards, customer segmentation, digital promotions, and ecommerce-related functionality.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT, ecommerce, digital, loyalty, retail, marketing technology, or related environments.
• Strong ability to build and manage project plans from initiation through delivery.
• Experience working within a PMO or structured project delivery methodology.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Strong people skills and the ability to build trust quickly with new teams.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Microsoft Project.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience supporting ecommerce, loyalty, customer rewards, promotions, or retail technology initiatives.
• Experience working with offshore development teams.
• Background supporting customer-facing digital platforms or marketing technology programs.

The projected hourly range for this position is $70 to $75.
