Heather Manley

CEO

Heather is focused on driving a business legacy that has impeccable morals and ethics and aligns with the Rotarian 4-Way test. She currently serves as the Acting President of SIM-MN, a technology non-profit focused on IT leadership and education. In the past, Heather has served as President of NAWBO. She also owns Crooked Water Spirits, a national award-winning distillery. Heather's main passions are family, food and spirits/wine and most everything she does is focused around this.

Sean Manley

COO

Sean's passion aligns with operations at ODG.

A Badger (UW-Madison) alumni, with advanced degrees in vocational psychology and business and a Six Sigma Black Belt; he is committed to ODG's continual innovation in process and service delivery. Sean is the current Treasurer of TechServe Minnesota Chapter as well as the past President and continued member of MNTRN.ORG.

Sean stays busy outside of ODG with family, athletics, and traveling.

Andrew McKeon

Managing Director

Andrew McKeon has over 15 years of professional IT consulting experience - holding various leadership roles within sales and recruiting. With ODG since 2017, Andrew is the Managing Director overseeing sales and recruiting while assisting ODG in its strategic goals and projects. Andrew is passionate about ensuring our teams understand our consultants, their skills and where they fit within ODG's portfolio of clients. Andrew attended St. Cloud State University and Itasca Community college with a focus in Business Management.

He enjoys golfing, wake surfing and spending time with his family.

Dawn Hoeft

Sr. Accountant/ HR Manager

Dawn Hoeft has over 20 years of Human Resources and Accounting experience in the IT Consulting world, working with a wide variety of clients and consultants from small business to large corporations. Dawn has been with ODG since 2018 and works all aspects of the back office from accounting duties to onboarding new employees. She enjoys being part of such a tremendous team of professional and fun spirited individuals both internally and externally. Working in the IT Consulting space has a lot of variances in both clients and consultants and she takes pride in making sure she knows the clients and consultants, so they get everything they need.

Dawn enjoys camping, outdoor music festivals and spending time with family and friends.
