Overview

Seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support strategic initiatives by partnering with business and IT teams. This role will focus on SaaS application configuration, workflow design, data integration, and related business analysis activities.

The work includes configurations for SaaS applications, including Master Data Management (Reltio) for Provider-related workflows. The role may also involve integrations affecting FHIR API work, EDI-related efforts, and SQL work tied to EDI mapping and FHIR APIs.

Responsibilities:
• Support strategic initiatives by partnering with business and IT teams
• Define, document, and manage requirements for SaaS application configuration, workflow design, data integration, and custom development
• Ensure requirements and process changes are clearly communicated to all stakeholders
• Maintain requirements and related documentation to support delivery timelines and future enhancements
• Align requirements and process changes with long-term operational needs and strategy

Requirements:
• Experience understanding configurations for SaaS applications
• Experience with Master Data Management platforms such as Reltio
• Experience with integrations that impact FHIR APIs
• Experience with EDI-related work
• SQL experience, especially for EDI mapping and FHIR API-related work
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills

The projected hourly range for this position is $60 to $75.
