Job Title: Oracle Systems Analyst

Overview

The position will primarily support Oracle Cloud applications within the Supply Chain, Equipment, Procurement, and EPM ecosystem. The individual will act as a key liaison between IT and the business, helping ensure Oracle and related systems continue to support operational needs effectively.

This role requires the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
• Support and enhance Oracle Cloud solutions, with a particular focus on Supply Chain and Equipment-related processes.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, evaluate new functionality, and support ongoing system improvements.
• Understand how Oracle integrates with related business applications and operational workflows, including rental and supply chain processes.
• Help the business navigate Oracle's accelerated cloud release and enhancement cycle compared to the previous on-premises environment.
• Work with business teams as a trusted partner that delivers innovative capabilities to technology systems.
• Work with business and IT team members and software vendors to troubleshoot problems and resolve applications issues.
• Investigate solutions for enhancement requests and present solution options. These solutions could include modifications to application configuration, application extensions, and/or the implementation of new application functionality.
• Evaluate user and departmental requests, gather business requirements, and work with the appropriate teams to interpret requirements.
• Perform requirements analysis, functional design specifications, utilizing current systems methodologies and tools.
• Assist with developing and maintaining test plans and test scripts.
• Follow departmental standards and best practices as defined (i.e. design standards, application standards, naming conventions, etc.).
• Provide management with timely reporting as required.
• Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Has a solid understanding of Oracle Cloud applications and can quickly dive into the environment.
• Understands both the technical and business sides of enterprise applications.
• Can work effectively with stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions and support ongoing enhancements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to manage schedules and prioritize work accordingly.
• Desire to broaden technical, functional, and analytical skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years’ experience in IT.
• 3 years’ experience supporting supply chain and manufacturing systems.
• Experience and basic understanding of Service Management methodologies.
• Experience in analytical, project management, and client facing work.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, Procurement and Supply Planning.
• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Payables and Receivables.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience supporting systems used in the construction industry.

The projected salary range for this position is $120,000 to $144,000.
