Job Description:
Supporting integration efforts as part of a larger integration initiative with a focus on planning. This work focuses on the operational systems within a highly regulated environment with meaningful compliance considerations and vendor-owned platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive systems/environment integration projects supporting operational functions.
• Build and maintain integration plans, project documentation, and clear stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate across internal teams and vendor-owned systems to ensure milestones, dependencies, and cutovers are managed effectively.
• Manage work in Jira, facilitate planning/visual collaboration in Miro, and track status/metrics in Excel.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and gaps—then drive resolution without needing heavy direction.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Project management experience with large systems and complex integrations.
• M&A integration experience (ideal), especially related to infrastructure and/or enterprise systems integration.
• Comfortable operating in a regulated industry 
• Highly organized, driven, and proactive

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience integrating infrastructure and operational systems during a merger.
• Experience working in environments with multiple third-party / vendor-owned platforms.

The projected hourly range for this position is $70 to $75.
