Overview
Seeking a senior contractor to lead a Modern Workforce Center of Excellence focused on advancing employee digital fluency across a mid-sized organization. The program already has an established foundation, including a monthly webinar series, a self-paced learning platform, a technology champions network, peer-learning communities, and custom training engagements.
This role will scale those programs into a mature, measurable operation while expanding scope into AI literacy, data and analytics literacy, Power BI, Apple iOS, and internal business applications. It is an influence-based role embedded within IT and serving multiple divisions across the organization.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in technology adoption, digital learning, change management, or COE/enablement functions
• Experience designing multi-format learning programs, including live, virtual, on-demand, and peer-led formats
• Deep working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and Copilot
• Experience with AI technologies and integrating AI tools into employee workflows and training strategies
• Proven ability to work through influence in matrixed or cross-functional environments
• Prior consulting, advisory, or staff augmentation experience
• Experience managing vendor and partner relationships for training delivery and platform management
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prosci Change Management, Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), CPTD, or equivalent certifications
• Public-sector, government, or quasi-governmental experience with comparable stakeholder complexity and workforce diversity
• Aviation, transportation, or critical infrastructure industry background
• Hands-on LMS migration and configuration experience, particularly Microsoft-integrated platforms
• Experience building technology champion or ambassador programs across operationally diverse workforces
• Familiarity with UKG (Kronos), JDE EnterpriseOne, or similar enterprise business applications
The projected hourly range for this position is $72 to $72.
