Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to help shape and guide our organization's technology strategy. In this role, you will partner with technology and business leaders to evaluate current systems, define future-state architectures, and design scalable, secure, and modern technology solutions that support business growth.
The Enterprise Architect will lead architecture initiatives across applications, data, infrastructure, integrations, and cloud platforms while ensuring alignment with business objectives, security standards, and operational requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards, governance practices, and technology roadmaps.
• Evaluate applications, platforms, and infrastructure to ensure alignment with long-term business and technology strategies.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation, including business, application, data, integration, and infrastructure architectures.
• Assess technology investments and provide recommendations based on business value, risk, cost, and scalability.
• Design and recommend scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions.
• Lead architecture planning and modernization efforts, including cloud and hybrid-cloud initiatives.
• Identify technology gaps and define future-state capabilities.
• Develop enterprise integration strategies and API architectures.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Communicate architectural vision and technical strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide guidance throughout project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with engineering, application, security, and business teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Mentor team members and promote architecture best practices across the organization.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce technology complexity.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Architecture, or a related leadership role.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale technology platforms.
• Experience with cloud architecture and modernization initiatives.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations and API strategies.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native technologies.
• Deep understanding of application, data, infrastructure, and security architecture.
• Experience with API technologies and integration frameworks, including REST, SOAP, OData, and GraphQL.
• Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, messaging systems, and real-time data integrations.
• Experience implementing API Management platforms such as Azure API Management, SAP BTP, or similar solutions.
• Knowledge of identity and security technologies including OAuth, JWT, authentication, and authorization frameworks.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, and Jira.
• Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business audiences.
• Proven ability to influence decisions and build consensus across teams.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Self-motivated with a focus on delivering business value.
• Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Cloud Architecture certification (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with SAP environments and integrations.
The projected salary range for this position is $200,000 to $250,000.
