The ideal candidate is technically strong, self-directed, and comfortable coordinating complex data workflows across payer partners, DataOps teams, and Epic teams.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and support automated data pipelines that ingest payer data into Databricks and Azure.
  • Create structured, reliable, and high-quality datasets for downstream use.
  • Map complex payer data to Epic specifications, applying appropriate business rules and data standards.
  • Transform payer data into consumable, Epic-ready datasets that support Value-Based Care operations.

  • Build, manage, and optimize data pipelines to improve data reliability, quality, and accessibility.
  • Reduce manual data work by automating repetitive data preparation and integration activities.

  • Collaborate with developers to design scalable technology solutions that deliver measurable results.
  • Build efficient processes for data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, integration, and validation.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies and frameworks for building cross-product data assets.
  • Support a cloud-first, modern data architecture and promote related standards and best practices.
  • Anticipate data governance needs and ensure data modeling and handling procedures comply with applicable laws, policies, and organizational standards.
  • Participate actively in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
  • Contribute to a collaborative culture grounded in partnership, curiosity, compassion, integrity, excellence, and continuous learning.

Required Qualifications
