What You’ll Need to Succeed: Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for extracting and manipulating healthcare data
- Experience creating engaging data visualizations with Power BI or similar tools
- Strong storytelling skills—ability to turn data into clear, impactful insights
- Experience integrating and analyzing complex data sources, including pharmacy claims
- Programming skills in Python, R, or equivalent for data analysis and automation
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with technical teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent hands-on experience
Nice to Have Skills
- Healthcare or pharmacy industry experience, particularly with PBM and claims data
- Familiarity with healthcare coding (ICD/CPT), medical terminology, and medical claims processing
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of cloud tools such as Azure, Databricks, or DevOps systems
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience working in healthcare analytics, pharmacy, or PBM environments highly valued
- Proven track record supporting data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced setting
Other Requirements
- Ability to work remotely within MN and adjacent states in the Five State Area
- Open to candidates with cloud exposure such as Databricks or Azure platform experience
- No travel required
