Job Title: Business Analyst III

Overview

The Business Analyst III will lead efforts through influence to enable change in an organizational context by defining business needs and creating solution recommendations that deliver value to stakeholders. This role requires advanced business analysis knowledge across solution evaluation, strategy analysis, elicitation and collaboration, requirement life cycle management, requirements analysis and design, and business analysis planning and monitoring to improve business profitability and efficiency.

This role partners effectively across all levels of the organization, guides others, drives results, proactively identifies and resolves problems, and makes challenging decisions to improve business performance.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate across all levels of the organization to collect information about operations, improve systems and processes, research business processes, analyze potential impact, and communicate recommendations to leadership
• Use strong knowledge of complex internal or external business issues to analyze the organization or business domain and document business, data, processes, or systems
• Assess the business model and its integration with technology
• Guide the business through unknown or unmapped territory as a liaison to cross-functional, regional, and global solutions delivery teams
• Identify and define solutions to complex business problems that maximize value delivered to stakeholders
• Identify and clearly articulate the need for organizational change and facilitate change using change management methodologies
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders, document requirements, and create initiatives that support business needs
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision while escalating only the most complex issues as appropriate
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Four years of related work experience
• Advanced business analysis capabilities across solution evaluation, strategy analysis, elicitation and collaboration, requirement life cycle management, requirements analysis and design, and business analysis planning and monitoring
• Strong ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organization
• Ability to guide others, drive results, resolve problems proactively, and make challenging decisions
• Experience facilitating requirements gathering and translating business needs into actionable initiatives
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to present recommendations effectively to leadership

The projected hourly range for this position is $67 to $77.
