Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic projects focused on organizational change management within a complex, global, matrixed organization. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring the adoption of new processes and technology across various business units, with a strong emphasis on remote workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with organizational goals, considering remote and distributed teams
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement: work closely with leaders, sponsors, and teams to foster alignment and sponsorship
• Assess impact and readiness: evaluate how change initiatives affect personnel, processes, and systems
• Guide execution and facilitate adoption by planning communication, training, and intervention strategies
• Monitor progress against project milestones, scope, and budget, actively managing risks and issues
• Measure outcomes: ensure benefits realization, reinforce new behaviors, and embed changes into operational processes
• Interface with cross-functional teams, management, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and smooth change implementation
• Identify control gaps and develop remediation plans
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience managing large-scale projects
• Proven ability to lead change management initiatives, particularly in remote or hybrid environments
• Experience with vendor software implementations, migrations, and process reengineering
• Strong project management skills with experience applying structured methodologies
• PMP certification preferred
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within scope, and under budget
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working in a global, complex, matrixed organization at a senior level
Preferred Skills & Experience
• Knowledge of organizational change impacts across diverse functions and geographic locations
• Ability to develop tailored change strategies based on impact assessments
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Teams
• Ability to manage and influence remote teams effectively
The projected hourly range for this position is $50 to $57.50.
