Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to design, implement, and evolve enterprise technology solutions that support strategic business initiatives and operational excellence. This individual will partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to architect scalable, secure, and resilient solutions while remaining engaged in the implementation and delivery of those solutions.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategic architecture with hands-on solution design and enjoys collaborating across multiple business functions to improve enterprise applications and business processes.

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement enterprise technology solutions that align with business strategy and operational goals.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations that support internal business processes.
• Lead solution architecture efforts across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement technology platforms that improve business operations and system integration.
• Design integrations between enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, HRIS, ITSM, and other business applications.
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, process flows, and system specifications.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with enterprise architecture best practices.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Support modernization initiatives involving workflow automation, provisioning, onboarding, and enterprise service management.
• Lead proof-of-concept efforts, technology evaluations, and vendor assessments.
• Mentor technical team members and promote architecture standards and best practices.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support user readiness, training, and transition activities during solution deployments.

Requirements:
• Experience designing enterprise technology solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, systems integration, and business process automation.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies, Azure, Salesforce, and enterprise application integrations.
• Experience with ERP, HRIS, CRM, ITSM, and SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of security, data privacy, scalability, resiliency, and disaster recovery principles.
• Experience facilitating collaboration between business and technical teams.
• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on technical execution.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 3-5+ years of Enterprise or Solution Architecture experience.
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) technology integration.
• Experience with application development frameworks and modern integration patterns.
• Experience with REST APIs, event-driven architecture, microservices, Java, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native architecture.
• Familiarity with architecture modeling and diagramming tools.
• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, ADP, Deltek Vantagepoint, Freshservice, or similar enterprise applications.
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, ArchiMate, SAFe Architect, or Certified ScrumMaster.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

The projected salary range for this position is $130,000 to $140,000.
