Overview
Seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
• Requirements Analysis: Identify and document user needs, functional requirements, and technical specifications for information systems.
• System Design: Develop logical and physical system designs, including data models, process flows and user interfaces.
• System Implementation: Implement new systems or system enhancements, including software installation, configuration, and testing.
• System Maintenance: Providing ongoing support for existing systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementation of necessary updates and modifications.
• System Support: Work with business and ITS team members and software vendors to troubleshoot problems and resolve applications issues.
• Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation and system specifications.
• Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to junior analysts on technical matters.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience
• 7 years’ experience in IT
• 7 years’ experience supporting supply chain and manufacturing systems
• Experience and basic understanding of Service Management methodologies
• Experience in analytical, project management, and client facing work
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud
• Experience with Oracle Projects Module preferred
• Experience supporting integrating Oracle project, tasks, budgets, contracts to other systems
• Experience using data load tools like FBDI, ADFDI
• Experience with Oracle APIs
• Experience supporting finance business groups
• Experience and basic understanding of Service Management methodologies
• Experience in analytical, project management, and client facing work
• Experience with SQL
• Experience supporting systems used in the construction industry
The projected hourly range for this position is $80 to $87.
